Lint, types, tests, and Expo health gates.
Run the same gates the repo documents, in order:
pnpm lint
pnpm exec tsc --noEmit
pnpm test
pnpm exec expo install --check
pnpm exec expo export --platform androidLint and the type check catch code issues, the node:test suites pin domain and pager rules, the install check verifies native-module compatibility for SDK 57, and the Android export proves the bundle builds. The export step is Android-only here, matching the configured platform.
