Project structure

A single app, not a monorepo.

Despite living next to a pnpm-workspace.yaml, this is not a monorepo. There is one manifest at the root and one app under src/; the workspace file holds only package-manager settings (allowed builds and an override). Install once at the root and run everything from there.

Cloud and device integrations live behind small modules in Services. Start with the Screens route map.
