What works today, what needs setup, what is out of scope.
Works today
Guest onboarding with a resumable five-step flow, the Today dashboard with progress and streaks, habits in four types with weekday schedules, habit detail with calendars and history editing, tasks with repeats and subtasks, statistics and best-weekday summaries, local search, appearance and accent settings, JSON and CSV export, and local reminders once notification permission is granted on a native build.
Needs configuration
Google sign-in, Firestore sync, and account deletion need Firebase values and a development or production build — Expo Go cannot run the native sign-in module. The preview channel already carries those values; later channels need the same eight variables before building. See Firebase setup.
Out of scope
Email sign-in is not implemented — only Google. Push notifications are not implemented — reminders are local and scheduled. There is no Supabase integration anywhere in the code despite the README naming it. AI coaching, social features, health integrations, widgets, subscriptions, and a web dashboard are out of scope per the feature notes.
